CNC Milling
Our CNC milling service utilizes numerous CNC mills, with our largest machine capable of handling parts up to 4200mm in length, 2200mm in width, and 1000mm in height. The majority of machined tolerances are .02 mm or less and we regularly machine parts with even tighter features. Our milling capabilities include decking, profiling, pocketing, slotting, drilling, boring, reaming, counter sinking, tapping, and thread milling to name a few. Our effective processes utilize advanced technologies such as CNC controls, pallet changers, indexers, 4th-axis, and vacuum work holding systems.
